Reel to sheet cutting machine is built with heavy duty cast iron body and cutting blades(knives) is of die steel material .
Four edge knives technology is used in machine which thereby increases notably the service life of knives . Knives can be flipped four times thereby preventing regrinding of knives shortly .
High quality nylon sandwich conveyor belt with double tightner adjustment .
Complete set of spur gear provided with machine to change cutting length of sheets.
A binded booklet is also provided for gear combination information to cut different size .
Heavy duty reel stand along with break and reel shaft to carry paper reel and corrugated roll .
A/C variable drive with A/C motor ,counter and sensor complete.
-No cutting variation , No cross cutting , No hush-up , No connective sheet or Irregular out in machine .
Machine is capable of cutting 3.5 to 5 tones of material in normal 12 hrs. shift .
Machine is suitable for 30gsm to 550gsm paper easily .
